The solution is to disassemble the cutter block, check the bearings of the lower wheels, and add some lubricating oil to try it out. If it doesn't work, replace the parts.

Problem 2: During the spreading process of the machine, the bucket feeds the cloth too fast, and the tension rod does not swing

Fault analysis and solution:

First of all, the machine can stop first, place the bucket tension rod at the lowest place, let the side sensor sense it, check whether the sensor is on with a red light (the red light is a normal sensing state), if the red light is on, you can open the Common problems Enter the PLC monitoring to check whether the X9 signal light is on. If it is not on, the sensor is not sensing or malfunctioning.
